My story

Where I started ݁⋆˚࿔

I didn’t always think of myself as an artist.

Growing up in Mumbai until my early 20’s, my focus was on achievement and academia. Creativity was there but mainly practised during summer holidays. Something to return to, when there was more time.

For nearly past two decades, I built and ran a digital business in the UK, working closely with organisations focused on social and environmental impact. My work was structured, strategic, and outcome-driven. I was used to making decisions quickly, managing team and clients, solving problems, and operating in a world that valued clarity and measurable results.

Over time, that way of working began to feel incomplete. My energy was depleting and I was realising that I had to continue to be a version of myself that helped the business, rather than focus on personal health and wellbeing.

After a series of burn outs, I realised I needed to change pace, and find myself again.

Rebuilding trust in my own voice became the next step. Finding a centre within, and beginning to trust that life has its own rhythm, and the universe has a plan ݁✼.✦

Inner work and spiritual experiences

Looking within myself ⋆𖤓⋆

Over the last decade, I went through a series of direct intense experiences such as Wim Hof Breathwork, Grof Holotropic breathwork, Transcendental Meditation, Joe Dispenza meditation retreat, travels to spiritual and high energy sites, Akashic soul clearing, absorbing Gnostic texts, 3 principles retreats, Vipassana, nature based silent retreats, Monroe Institute’s meditation and retreats, self expression retreats where you can express yourself through art and singing.

I also attended courses and conferences to do with understanding the mind, body and spirit connection, I trained as a master Reiki master practitioner to understand the flow of energy a bit better.

There is a lot more to say, but I’ll stop here as you get the gist.

A prism reveals rainbows. Life is less fixed, more like a broken prism, shifting like a kaleidoscope. ✷

Pattern recognition & manifestation

Attention goes, energy flows ✺

I started to pay attention to what reveals itself after a spiritual direct experience. How my energy and mood shifts when I enter a space that is not in line with my energy.

Through observation, I changed the pace at which I moved, where I went and the way I made decisions. I began to think in a new way and move at my own pace and start implementing what I’ve learnt. I use dreams as messages, and get continued insights.

I started to live in gratitude and with an abundance mindset. Things changed, quite quickly for better. I recovered my health through disciplined exercise, meditation and water fast.

I got my mojo back!

who looks inside, awakens.” ݁❇

Challenge all assumptions

Growing under pressure ❉

What began as a challenge I had to overcome gradually became a different way of seeing and a blessing in disguise. Today, I feel more connected with myself than ever before.

I continued running my business as usual until a couple of years ago, and I’ve taken time off to tend to myself. the time feels right. Throughout periods of self exploration, I have been using Art as my expression, and replenish my energy.

I didn’t find art.
I made space, and it found me.✥

Listening to my inner voice

The Art of Living ⋆°·☁︎

Art did not arrive as a plan. It emerged through the need to self express, where words fell short.

Without much intention or structure, I found myself drawn to making. Painting was my comfort zone, and I didn’t need to know the outcome in advance. I could slow down and allow something intuitively take form.

Instead of directing, I am now being directed and synchronicities follow. I feel called to where I need to be, which is right here, in the now. This Art now is my present, a true gift.

A shift in perspective led to a change in direction in my life ‪‪❤︎‬

The joy ☀︎

Over time, my perspective has shifted. What once felt like an Eastern body and Western mind has, in some ways, reversed. There is less emphasis on control and more openness to intuition. I have become more comfortable working instinctively, and more aware that many things can be seen differently, sometimes even back to front.

Art has brought me much joy.

I hope that my art and expression brings you joy too.

Thank you again for reading my story.

Some of my work is available as prints, and I take on a small number of commissions. If something resonates, you are welcome to get in touch.
